Great Alberta Bagineer Getaway - Apr 4 - 6 (7th Add-on), 2025

Purchase a ticket to attend the Getaway Apr 4 - 6, 2025 – with an option of adding on an extra sewing day of April 7 for an additional $75. The getaway is hosted at the Acclaim Hotel in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

The purchase of this product means you have read and agree to all of the information laid out here - please read carefully before purchasing.

To purchase your spot at the Great Alberta Bagineer Getaway add the retreat to your cart and checkout. If you want to stay and sew until Monday afternoon, then select the additional day for $75 from the dropdown and add it to your cart from this same listing. Cancellations are partially refundable up until March 2, 2025. An administrative fee of $50 CAD will be forfeited for each ticket being cancelled. After that date refunds are not available. Tickets are transferable. 

Included in the ticket is:

• Emmaline Bags Burger Bar dinner on Friday, April 4
• Breakfast, Snack, and Dinner Reception on Saturday, April 5
• Breakfast, and Snack on Sunday, April 6
• Coffee and tea throughout the day on Saturday, April 5 and Sunday, April 6
• One full 6-foot table all to yourself to set up your sewing station
• Access to the ironing stations set-up throughout the Sewing Room
• Access to the standing cutting station set-up in the Sewing Room
• Access to the sewing room on Friday from 3pm – 10pm
• Access to the sewing room on Saturday from 7am – 10pm
• Access to the sewing room on Sunday from 7am – 4pm (unless you purchase the add-on for Monday sewing)
• Gifts and discounts provided by sponsors of the getaway
• WIFI while on-site at the Acclaim Hotel
• Parking at the Acclaim Hotel
• Airport shuttle to the Acclaim Hotel from the Calgary International Airport

For an additional fee of $75, we include an extension of an additional sewing day with the following:

• Access to the sewing room on Sunday until 10pm
• Access to the sewing room on Monday from 7am – 1pm
• Breakfast voucher for the restaurant onsite on Monday

NOT Included in your fees:

• Transportation to the getaway (fly or drive)
• Any meals not mentioned above
• Any alcoholic beverages
• Accommodation during the event – you are welcome to book at the Acclaim Hotel, we have a block of rooms set aside for attendees to book from, or stay offsite with friends, family or at home.

• I agree to be friendly and not require time‐outs in the corner without my fabric, hardware or pattern.

• I agree to uphold the professionalism and grace of bagineers internationally and ensure that the Acclaim Hotel wants us to return in the future (this means I will follow the venue rules).

• I agree that any pictures or videos taken of me during the getaway can be used publicly and on social media.

• I agree that I am responsible for my own care and my belongings, I will not hold the organizers or venue responsible for any injury, theft, or damages.
