To purchase your spot at the Great Alberta Bagineer Getaway add the retreat you are looking to attend from the drop down to your cart and checkout. If you want to stay and sew for an additional day, then select the add-on for $75 from the dropdown and add it to your cart from this same listing. Cancellations are refundable up until September 15, 2024. After that date, you are permitted to transfer your seat to another individual, but we are unable to refund you. All Alberta COVID regulations and protocols will be supported in full. The use of masks while in public spaces is encouraged. 

Included in the fee is:

• Emmaline Bags reception dinner on arrival day (Day 1)
• Snack, and Dinner on Day 2
• Snack on Day 3
• Coffee and tea throughout the day on Day 2 and Day 3
• One full 6-foot table all to yourself to set up your sewing station
• Access to the ironing stations set-up throughout the Sewing Room
• Access to the standing cutting station set-up in the Sewing Room
• Access to the sewing room on arrival day (Day 1) from 3pm – 10pm
• Access to the sewing room on Day 2 from 7am – 10pm
• Access to the sewing room on Day 3 from 7am – 4pm (unless you purchase the add-on)
• MM Cork Supply pop-up shopping during the getaway
• Gifts and discounts as provided by sponsors of the getaway
• Wifi while on-site at the Hotel
• Parking at the Hotel

For an additional fee of $75, we include an extension of an additional sewing day with the following:

• Access to the sewing room on Day 3 until 10pm
• Access to the sewing room on Day 4 from 7am – 1pm

NOT Included in your fees:

• Transportation to the getaway (fly or drive)
• Any meals not mentioned above
• Any alcoholic beverages
• Accommodation during the event – you are welcome to book at the Best Western Hotel, we have a special rate for attendees, or stay offsite with friends, family or at home.

• I agree to be friendly and not require time‐outs in the corner without my fabric, hardware or pattern.

• I agree to uphold the professionalism and grace of bagineers internationally and ensure that the Best Western Hotel wants us to return in the future (this means I will follow the venue rules).

• I agree that any pictures or videos taken of me during the getaway can be used publicly and on social media.

• I agree that I am responsible for my own care and my belongings, I will not hold the organizers or venue responsible for any injury, theft, or damages.

• I agree to have fun.
